Raw follicular lymphoma data relating to “Model-based clustering of array CGH data.” (Shah et al 2009) available

The data set used in Shah et al. Model-based clustering of array CGH data. Bioinformatics (2009) is available here. There are two files. The first (follicular_lymphoma_shah_et_al_2009_data.txt) consists of 109 columns, the first three of which are coordinates of the BACs. The remaining columns are the log ratios of 106 cases reported on in the paper. Each row represents a unique BAC in the data. More info on the BACs can be obtained in the second file (follicular_lymphoma_shah_et_al_2009_BACinfo.txt).
